Based on the element specific to this day in the Mayan calendar, join me on a Mandala Vinyasa journey through Air!

Moving 360degrees around our mats, breathing and flowing through poses and inversions that open our shoulders, hip flexors and quads; and strengthen our back body allowing us to go deeper and more safely into backbends and heart openers; activating Anahata chakra, our heart centre.

This 2 hour session will start and end with yin yoga to compliment the subtle and physical body that we will be working on the day. It is an all levels class, options and variations will be given for those wanting to take their practice further. Not recommended for complete beginners.
