This event has been curated by Kindred Yoga in collaboration with the Old Royal Naval College.
Let your mind and body be illuminated with an energising 75-minute Mandala Vinyasa yoga practice in the calm serenity of the Painted Hall, featuring the stunning installation Coalescence, followed by a delicious and healthy brunch in the Undercroft Café.
Mandala Vinyasa yoga is a playful, creative, and dynamic practice to satisfy and challenge the body and mind. This session will be led by Katarina Rayburn, co-founder of yoga studio Kindred in Deptford.
The class is open to those beginning their yoga journey and advanced practitioners. The only prerequisites are a love of yoga, good vibes and delicious food.
Please note: There are no shower facilities. Mats are not provided, so we ask you to please bring your own.
The Painted Hall is temperature controlled for conservation purposes so can be cold, we therefore recommend bringing extra layers of clothing, and a blanket, to stay warm during the class.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts.
