Join Katarina Rayburn for this revitalising Kindred Yoga day retreat at the beautiful St John's Church.
Your day will include an energising 75 minute mandala vinyasa class led by Kat, a delicious brunch by Mindful Chef, followed by a grounding yin class with Kat and a sound bath with Lizzy Chong. Your day will start at 10am and by 2.30pm you'll leave feeling refreshed and nourished.
The class is open to those beginning their yoga journey and advanced practitioners. The only prerequisites are a love of yoga, good vibes and delicious food!
