This workshop is for anyone who likes to get upside down, whether you use a wall or not!

We will work on strength and flexibility conditioning, learn fun handstand drills and play around with using props in our handstand practice.

Whether you're just starting to build up your strength and flexibility or working towards that handstand press, this workshop will teach you how to prepare your body for handstand and what to work on to find that stability and support once you're up!

NB. not for complete beginners but as long as you can hold a handstand against the wall you are fine!
