This 2 hour session will begin with yin yoga to relax and prepare your body, before warming and detoxifying with mandala sun salutations, moving 360 degrees around your mat, twisting and breathing. The session will end with blissed out yin yoga to leave you feeling completely restored and ready for the week ahead!
