Wanting to strengthen your yoga practice outside of the studio? Kettlebell strength training is the best place to start. With our friends at Commando Temple around the corner, we are putting on a day of yoga and kettlebell fun.
The yoga - this will come before and after your session at Commando Temple, to warm up and cool down your muscles with Katarina Rayburn at Kindred Yoga studio.
The workout - a high energy kettlebell workout that’ll leave you out of breath but not in a world of pain. Expect fun, playful exercises from Coach Dieter that will make you feel like you’re not even working out.
The kettlebell is the perfect tool to compliment your yoga practice and yoga is the perfect tool to compliment your strength training.
The day will be a kettlebell workout taught by Coach Dieter at Commando Temple, sandwiched by Kat’s yoga classes at Kindred, all wrapped up nicely with an actual sandwich at a local cafe.

A virtual event combining journaling and yoga to move and think with intention and kindness.
In this session, you will acknowledge your goals that might have changed or evolved over the year, set an intention for the present, and look ahead to what the end of this year might look like. We will then close with a nourishing yoga practice to physically bring to life the reflections and intentions.
The yoga practice will be led by lululemon Covent Garden store Ambassador Katarina Rayburn, the founder of Kindred Yoga Studio and a Yoga Teacher Trainer.
Kat will be joined by store educator Lorna Mann, a trained life coach. Lorna will open up the event with a guided journaling session, so come armed with a notebook and pen!

Join us for an evening of mandala vinyasa, sound and ceremony to honour all elements - earth, water, fire, air.
We are very happy to announce the teachers for this evening will be Dulce Aguilar, Jonelle Lewis, Katarina Rayburn, David Kam and Emma Peel. During this 2.5 hour yoga practice you will be guided through a deeply transformative mandala vinyasa flow & yin yoga opening key energy channels associated with the elements.
The practice will be opened with breath work and contemplation to root into the body and space; it will be closed with nurturing yin yoga accompanied by the sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls by Christine Vogler to consolidate the work.
We will have inspiring life music by Carlos Mundalah throughout the journey through the elements which will facilitate concentration and wellbeing.
This event will touch all levels of awareness - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
Please clarify in your ticket choice whether you will be bringing your own mat or whether we will be providing a mat for you for your use on the day.
The charity we are supporting for this event is Project Yogi - a not-for-profit organisation that creates self-development and self-empowerment programmes using yoga, mindfulness and social emotional development activities.

We will connect to the energy of water & air/metal where we release and refine our energy in preparation for the darker colder days of winter.
The day will begin with intention setting and be followed by a 75 minute mandala vinyasa practice lead by Katarina. You will have the chance to explore your practice, moving fluidly but with intention working into the shoulders & hips. Both Kat and Jonelle will be able to give you suitable modifications where appropriate. The class is open to those beginning their yoga journey and advanced practitioners. The only prerequisites are a love of yoga, good vibes and delicious food!
After the practice you will enjoy a homemade chai and a sweet treat in advance of our Autumn ritual.
Jonelle will guide you through this practice of connecting to the releasing & refining energies of this time of year. A time where we let go of certain things to have energy to get us through the winter months.
The ritual will lead into a relaxing 75 minute Yin practice by Jonelle. The practice will be sequenced to connect to all the elements to leave you feeling a sense of balance. This will be accompanied by a gong bath from Garry.
After the practice you will enjoy a delicious and plentiful three course vegan supper including DIY dessert making lead by Sophie. Think the finest seasonal delights, creative salads, homemade condiments and dips, leaving you feeling revitalised and satisfied post yoga.
