Join me on a Mandala Vinyasa journey through Water!
Moving 360 degrees around our mats, focusing on lengthening our hamstrings, creating space, enabling us to fold deeper and fly higher, working with arm balances and inversions. This grounding yet invigorating practice will activate Muladhara chakra, our root source of stability.
This 2 hour session will start and end with yin yoga to compliment the subtle and physical body that we will be working on the day. It is an all levels class, options and variations will be given for those wanting to take their practice further. Not recommended for complete beginners.
