The Dead Yogis Society returns to the Crypt on the Green for Yin Yang Gongs.

Beginning with a Bija chant to reawaken our chakras, we then head into a beat driven 'Rocket Relay' - 6 teachers, 1 space, 1 intention. As the gongs go up a notch, we ground down into some serious yin postures to prime the body and mind for the deep harmonic vibrations of the gong bath. Be prepared to be lifted out of your body.
