Based on the elements in the Mayan calendar, join me on a Mandala Vinyasa journey through Air!
Moving 360degrees around our mats, breathing and flowing through poses and inversions that open our shoulders, and strengthen our quads allowing us to go deeper and more safely into backbends and heart openers; activating Anahata chakra, our heart centre.
This 2 hour session will start and end with yin yoga to compliment the subtle and physical body that we will be working on the day.
